The program for the Fourth International Bread Festival in Novi Sad has been announced
Novi Sad, 20 – 26 September 2010
A unique traditional event in Europe, a one of a kind celebration of bread and baking - the Fourth International Bread Festival in Novi Sad, will be held this year from September 20-26, according to an announcement by the organisers. This year's prolific festival program was presented by the event director Dimitrije Vujadinovic, Prof. Dr. Đorđe Psodorov from the Institute of Food Technology and the director of "Žitovojvodina", Sima Matić. The presentation was held at the Novi Sad SPENS Center, which is hosting festival events for the second year in a row. 
Bread - Cultural Heritage
The Balkankult Foundation have arranged an exhibition of small graphic works of ex-libris on the topic of "Bread Culture Heritage" for the German public as well as many visitors from around the world, in the biggest and oldest Museum of Bread Culture in Ulm. Report ...

Bread Cultural Heritage is envisaged as a mosaic programme of research, information and educational projects, taking also into account the symbolical role Bread plays in our religious, cultures and everyday life. With those aims in mind we started to work on various long-term projects.
